What is pre-written, and what never is

A template governs the wording, not the decision. The messages here are fixed texts that the system fills with computed data, so they come out in one voice whatever the hour and whoever replies

Three are never written by a template and never by the model.

Amounts are computed from your price table,contract clauses are built from a closed legal template, andpayment links are composed by the code and sent as their own message. The reason is one: editable text on the money path is a door to changing a figure in good faith — and a figure that changes in good

Greeting and disclosure message “Hello 👋 I am an automated assistant.
