Replies outside working hours too This is where the largest effect sits: the messages that used to be lost at night. Disable it and it apologises and promises a reply in the morning.

Reply tone It changes the wording, not the content. Figures and terms are unaffected by tone.

The text disclosing that it is automated Sent in the first message of every conversation. It cannot be disabled — the disclosure is written in code to comply with WhatsApp policy and SDAIA guidance, not offered as a setting.
