Naateq
Live right now on a real number

A sales and support rep who answers on WhatsApp. Around the clock.

Naateq understands how your customer writes, answers their questions, issues a formal PDF quote, and hands you only the serious buyers. Built on your business — not an off-the-shelf template.

Your customers' conversations stay in your country and never cross a border. Full deployment on your own server is available on the higher plans.

Hi — how much for a custom majlis? 10:42 PM

Your customer asks at 11 PM. You're asleep.

A person answering WhatsApp costs you SAR 4,000–6,000 a month, works eight hours, takes leave, and quits after a year — so you start training from scratch. And every night, messages close unanswered, and you never even learn how many.

Naateq doesn't sleep, doesn't quit, and doesn't forget what it was trained on.

It handles the repetitive — which is most of it — and hands you the complex. And it logs every message that arrived outside your hours, so you know exactly what you were losing.

How it works

Three steps, then it works in your place

01

Discovery session

Your products, your prices, the questions your customers keep asking, and where you want it to stop and call you. One hour, no fee and no commitment.

02

We build and train

We connect it to your number, feed it your business, and set 17 guards that stop it from erring on price or committing in your name. 30 to 45 days.

03

It runs, you watch

It starts replying immediately, and you open the dashboard to see every conversation, every lead, and every riyal in the pipeline. We stay with you two weeks to tune it.

Capabilities

What it actually does

01 / Money

It will not sell your project at a price it invented

The model writes the sentence; the price comes out of your own table, in code: 12 m × SAR 350 = 4,200 — a figure you can check with a pen, not one that merely looks reasonable. The discount ceiling lives in the code, not in the model's instructions, so it cannot be talked down by persistence or by “your manager approved it”. That separation is exactly what prevents a binding offer at the wrong price — and what makes the bot's number match your number at month end.

02 / Language

It understands how your customer writes, not just formal Arabic

“need something that brings in customers” is not a vague enquiry — it is classified as buying intent and carried forward. It reads broken spelling and mixed Arabic-English exactly as your customer types it, and replies in clear Arabic understood across the Gulf.

03 / Documents

The quote arrives before the customer cools off

A formal PDF with a document number and a calculated total, issued inside the conversation itself. And the contract reaches the customer only when you press send.

04 / Collection

And the payment link follows in the same conversation

Once you approve the contract, the system computes the instalment due from your own schedule — 50%, or 50/30/20 — and sends its link via Moyasar, Paylink or Tap, then records it when the gateway confirms, not when the customer says “I transferred it”. The amount is read from the schedule, never from the conversation: the model has no tool that accepts an amount at all.

05 / Qualification

It tells the curious from the serious

It asks the qualifying questions itself, records every lead in your database with its stage, source and estimated value, and hands you only the ones worth your time.

06 / Limits

It escalates to you at the line you draw

A specific word, an amount above a threshold, clear anger, or an explicit request for a human — the automated reply stops immediately, and the alert reaches you with the full conversation.

Who it is for

Any business that sells over WhatsApp

The system is one; the knowledge is built from your business — because the question that reaches a store is not the one that reaches a clinic.

Online stores

“How much is this? Do you have size L? Where is my shipment?” — it reads your inventory and answers with a real figure instead of “we will get back to you”.

Clinics and centres

“Any appointment tomorrow? How much is a cleaning?” — it books, confirms and reminds. It does not diagnose and gives no medical opinion — it hands over to the doctor.

Real estate offices

“Looking for a flat in Al Yasmin, budget around 900k” — it filters by budget, district and unit type, so no viewing is wasted on a non-buyer.

Contracting and services

“I need a 140 m² flat fitted out — what would that cost?” — it collects size, type and location, and issues a preliminary quote before you pick up the phone.

Restaurants and hospitality

“I need a buffet for 80 people on Thursday” — it takes the headcount, date and location late at night, and hands you a complete order in the morning.

Institutes and training

“How much is the course? Can I pay in instalments?” — it answers with your own terms instantly, and records the interested lead by stage instead of losing them in the archive.

And we have worked in sectors that did not fit the six above: hotels and serviced apartments · salons and personal care · auto parts and salvage · delivery · auctions.
Your business is not on the list? That is normal — the system is built on your knowledge, not on a template. Get started

The dashboard

You see everything. From the first morning.

The dashboard is not what we sell — it is what lets you know the system is working. It is activated after the system is installed on your business, and there is no self-service signup.

  • — every conversation saved and searchable
  • — every lead in one record, with its stage and source
  • — every quote with its value and status

Payment gateways screen in the Naateq dashboard: Moyasar, Paylink and Tap, each with its own toggle and credential fields under their correct names, and a warning that a live key requires acknowledgement.
Payment gateways: every gateway with its credential fields named as the gateway itself names them — not as we would find convenient. And once you approve the contract, the instalment link goes out on WhatsApp with an amount computed from your schedule.

Every conversation saved

Search any word ever said, and take over the reply yourself at any moment. The conversation is never deleted and never trimmed.

Paid, pending, or expired unpaid. And if an amount arrives that does not match what was due, nothing is recorded and an alert reaches you.

Security and compliance

Your data stays with you

It discloses that it is an AI and offers to connect you to a human in the first message — both are a line in the code, not an instruction the model can ignore. And the Personal Data Protection Law is precisely why the on-premise option exists.

Runs on your server

The model runs on your side. It does not pass through a foreign server, and it is not used to train another company's model.

Where your data is stored

Locally on your own server, or managed on servers in your country. Neither mode moves data across a border.

Disclosure, and a path to a human

Once per customer, in code rather than in the prompt — and if asked directly it tells the truth, then carries on serving.

A complete audit log

Every message, decision and document is recorded with its timestamp, in files inside your own system — not in a database of ours.

Security and compliance in detail

The difference

An off-the-shelf platform, or a system built on your business?

Both are valid — for different purposes. And that is a difference worth stating plainly before you pay.

The off-the-shelf platform

You subscribe, build a flow by drag-and-drop, and launch today. Excellent if your customers ask alike questions, your answers are fixed, and you need no connection to your own systems.

  • Launch: Today, no installation
  • Pricing: A generic reply, or a hand-off to you
  • Cost: Grows with conversation volume
  • Data: On their server, not yours
Suited to repetitive replies

Naateq — built on your business

A discovery session, then the system is built on your products, your prices and your tone, and connected to your systems. A little longer at the start, and more precise in every reply after — because it knows your business.

  • Launch: 30–45 days to build
  • Pricing: From your table, in code
  • Cost: Set up once, then fixed
  • Data: Full on-premise option
Suited to businesses whose questions are their own

If an off-the-shelf platform is enough for you, it is the cheaper choice — and I will say so on the call rather than sell you what you do not need.

FAQ

The questions people actually ask before buying

No, because prices are not generated by the model at all. The figure is computed in code from your price table, and the model only writes the sentence. Alongside it, a guard blocks any document from being issued at a price outside the project type's range.

It says so plainly and escalates to you rather than guessing. The question is logged in the dashboard under “unanswered questions” so you can add the answer — and it learns it immediately.

Connecting through your current number is faster but unofficial, and carries a real risk. Connecting through the WhatsApp Business API is official and safe but takes longer to prepare. We explain the difference in the session and choose based on your size — and we do not hide the risk.

You do. The data is entirely yours and can be exported whenever you like, in a readable format. And with the on-premise option it never leaves your server in the first place.

From 30 to 45 days — Essential nearer thirty, Professional nearer forty-five. The longest part is not the programming; it is gathering your products, your prices and your customers’ recurring questions, and agreeing on what the bot says and what it does not. We would rather give you the honest figure than promise two weeks and then run late.

Yes — and it replies in clear Arabic understood across the Gulf, not stiff formal Arabic. Do not take our word for it: message it in your own words on WhatsApp and try it yourself before you ask about price.

Monthly operation carries no long lock-in contract. Stop whenever you like, and keep every record and everything in it.

No. It handles the repetitive — which is most of it — and hands you the complex. The best results come from keeping one person who deals only with what is escalated to them, instead of a team answering “how much?” a hundred times a day.
