The story
It started with a question that arrives late at night
Every small business in the Gulf lives on WhatsApp. A customer asks at eleven at night, the owner is asleep, and the customer goes to whoever replied.
We tried the ready-made options before building anything: button menus that annoy anyone with a real question, bots that answer “need something that brings in customers” in formal Arabic, and others that make up a price nobody gave them. All three share one problem: they were designed for another market and then translated into Arabic.
So we built Naateq from scratch on Arabic as people actually write it: spelling mistakes, mixed Arabic and English, and dialect. And we made the price come from your own price list, and the AI only writes the sentence, because the number needs a fixed calculation you can check yourself.
