About Naateq

We work from Riyadh, and our customers are across the Gulf. This page says who we are and what we refuse to do — without exaggeration or slogans.

The story

It started from a question that kept arriving after midnight

Every small business in the Gulf lives on WhatsApp. The customer asks at eleven at night, the owner is asleep — so the customer goes to whoever answered.

We tried the off-the-shelf solutions before building: button menus that frustrate anyone typing a real question, bots answering in formal Arabic someone who wrote “need something that brings in customers”, and others that invent a price nobody quoted. The problem in all three is the same: built for another market, then translated.

So we built Naateq from scratch on Arabic as it is actually written — with broken spelling, mixed languages and dialect. And we made the price be computed in code, from your own table, with the model only phrasing the sentence. Because a model that invents a number is not fixed by a warning in its instructions.

Coverage

From Riyadh, for the six Gulf states

We are a Saudi firm working from Riyadh, and we are not confined to it. The system works in the Arabic the whole Gulf understands, and it is installed on your own server in any country.

A language that needs no translation

It replies in clear Arabic understood by Saudis, Emiratis, Kuwaitis, Qataris, Bahrainis and Omanis, and matches the style of whoever writes to it rather than imposing one dialect.

Your data crosses no border

The system sits on your server in your country, so no cross-border transfer happens at all — which is the narrowest thing the Gulf laws require, and the hardest thing for anyone selling a centralised cloud to offer.

Configured for your country, not ours

Currency, invoice format, payment gateway and working days — all of it is configuration set at setup. And we do not assume your week starts on Sunday because ours does.

And what differs by your country — we say it before you ask

United Arab Emirates5%Federal Decree-Law 45/2021

This is why we do not put one “compliant with” badge across every country. Compliance belongs to your business, in your country, and we process data on your behalf, not on behalf of a regulator. What we commit to: that the system stays configurable to your country’s requirements, and that the data stays with you.

And payment gateways follow the country too: Moyasar are Saudi, whileTap WHyperPay operate in more than one Gulf state. We pick the right one for your country at setup — details in API reference.

The entity

Who stands behind Naateq

Naateq is a product of Ofq Al-Taqniyah Al-Khawarizmiyah for Communications and Information Technology Est. — a Saudi firm formally registered in Riyadh.

We are not an agency selling what it does not build: we write the code, run it and fix it. Which is why we can tell you exactly where the system works and where it does not — and you will find that written in security page WAPI reference, where we mark plainly what is built and what is not built yet.

Principles

What we refuse to do

These are not values hung on a wall — every one of them is enforced in the code or in how we work, and you can verify it yourself.

No figure without evidence

Every price is computed in code from your table, and the model has no tool that accepts an amount. Try asking it for a discount you never authorised.

We do not sell to those we do not suit

It is written on the get-started page when we are not right for you — before you fill in the form, not after you pay.

We do not pose as human

Naateq discloses that it is an automated assistant in every conversation, and escalates to you when it does not know. Your customer knows who they are talking to.

We keep nothing that is not ours

Your customers’ conversations sit on your server, and are never used to train any model. And what we cannot deliver, we do not promise in the first place.

The quickest way to know us: try it

Send “hello” to the number and talk to the system as if you were your own customer — it is the same system that will answer yours.
