Today Naateq connects to the payment gateway you already use: Moyasar, Tap or Paylink. A connection to your Salla or Zid store is built when you ask, and then the agent answers questions on price, availability and order status from your store data at the moment they're asked.
For each platform we state its status: ready today, or built on request. Either way, we set up the connection for your business by hand.
The agent creates a payment link for the agreed amount and sends it in the conversation. The link comes from your own Moyasar account, so the money goes straight to your account.
Useful for: Collect the deposit or payment while the customer is still in the conversation.
A payment link from your Tap account. The payment is marked as paid when Tap itself confirms it, even if the customer wrote “I’ve transferred it” before that.
Useful for: Split the amount into installments, each with its own link and confirmation.
A payment link from your Paylink account. If the amount received differs from what was requested, the payment isn't recorded and you get a WhatsApp message showing both amounts.
Useful for: Know who has paid and who hasn't without checking your bank statement.
The most requested of what we build on demand. Once connected, the agent reads products, prices, stock and order status from your store at the moment of the question.
Useful for: “How much is this?” and “Where's my order?” We'll tell you how long the connection takes during the discovery session.
With all three gateways the agent works the same way: it creates the link, records the payment only when the gateway confirms it, and lets you know on WhatsApp when it arrives. Each transaction's fee is taken by the gateway under your contract with it, and it's outside the Naateq subscription.

This behavior is fixed in the system and never left to the AI. Every integration we build on request follows the same rule, and we test it before handover.
