What you might pay outside the subscription
Four items, three of which you pay directly to other companies:
- Payment gateway fees from the gateway you contract with (Moyasar, Tap or Paylink), taken by the gateway on every transaction
- Your subscriptions to your own systems, such as Salla, Zid or your accounting software
- Your own server, if you choose to run it there
- 15% VAT on our invoice
No setup fee on Essential and Professional, and no cancellation fee.

We assume an employee who costs SAR 6,000 a month: salary plus the employer's GOSI share (11.75% for Saudis, and 12.75% for those registered under the new system from July 2026) and end-of-service benefits. One employee covers one shift, while the agent replies around the clock.

Prices exclude VAT (15%). “Within 24 hours” counts from when we receive your business details. Running on your own server keeps conversations inside your business, the server and its cost are on you, and reading documents and images requires cloud AI.
Questions before you subscribe
No. We build the agent, run it on our servers in Saudi Arabia, monitor it and fix it, and you send us your details and changes on WhatsApp or by email. Running on your own server is an option on Professional and Enterprise for businesses that want conversations to stay in-house, with the server at your cost.
No setup fee on Essential and Professional, and no catch. We get the agent running within 24 hours of receiving your data, and you try it for 14 days on your number before paying anything. If it's not for you, stop it and pay nothing. If you stay, you pay your monthly subscription and can cancel anytime. Everything you might pay to others is listed at the top of the page under “What you might pay outside the subscription”.
The 14 days start the day the agent goes live on your number. If you want to continue, your monthly subscription starts after that. If not, tell us before they end and we'll stop it, and you pay nothing.
Send a message on WhatsApp or to support@naateq.com anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month, so you don't pay for another one. No annual commitment and no cancellation fee.
We do. Meta's WhatsApp message fees are included in your monthly subscription and aren't added to your invoice.

No, prices exclude 15% VAT. Essential comes to SAR 918.85 a month with VAT, and Professional to SAR 2,068.85, on a proper tax invoice.
