ChannelsWhere the agent answers, and with what capability

Demo mode. Every figure and name here is display data. The screens are the same ones you will see, and the content is what gets built from your own business.

One agent, with channels changing underneath it

The memory, the quote and the contract know nothing of channels: the customer starts wherever they like and continues wherever they like, and the record is one. What differs between channels is written here plainly — because a capability that is assumed rather than asked becomes a promise that never arrives.

The reply window is not a detail.

Instagram and Messenger accept a reply only within 24 hours of the customer’s last message. After that, any send the system starts — a payment reminder, say — is rejected. And from our side the rejection is silent: the scheduler looks like it is working while reaching no one. So the system asks about the window before every send it starts, and when the window is closed it tells you to write yourself — it does not mark the reminder as sent. WhatsApp and Telegram have no window.

“Set up during onboarding” means the adapter is written and tested, and the connection is made with your own accounts while we set you up — not that you press a button yourself. Meta’s channels need review from Meta and a signed public endpoint, and both are part of onboarding, not of your waiting.

What we do not support — and why

Two channels

Snapchat

No API

Snapchat has no public messaging API — the API it does publish is between brands and creators only, and it has not opened a conversations API since 2014. Any tool promising Snapchat automation uses a private API its terms explicitly forbid, and the price is your customer’s account, not ours.

The alternative we set up: a tagged link for Snapchat that opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. The system reads the tag, records the customer as “from Snapchat” in the source column below, then strips the tag before the agent sees it — so it never replies to a code that has nothing to do with the customer.

Every platform gets its own link: Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, X, your website and your ads, each with an optional campaign id. One link for every platform means a report with no source.

TikTok

Requires a verified account

TikTok’s business messaging API exists, but it opens only to a verified business account with advanced access. We set it up once your account’s verification is complete — and we do not promise it before then.
